We follow Verneuil Process to deliver semi-finished either finished crystalline solid product. By using the oxyhydrogen flame (reaches 2,050°C (3,722 °F) to melt dopped alumina powder into small droplets, the drops will laying on one and other and gradually become a crystalline. The heat treatment is essential when making crystalline, it will easily cause default to the product if the process was not being controlled properly.

Star Ruby and Star Sapphire belong to Corundum family, also calls as Linde Star, Royal Star, and Durastar. The main compound is Alumina- Hexagonal column crystal. Its biological and chemical compound is the same as natural star stone. Its melting point is at 2050℃ and reaches Mohs 9゜
